We are searching for a talented Patient Access Representative Sr
*$1,500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Brain and Spine Center - Dartmouth, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision and direction of the Practice Coordinator/Manager or designee, review charges and coding. May act as back-up to Practice Coordinator/Manager or designee as needed. May Check-in and check-out patients at assigned practice(s).May perform various pre-registration functions including scheduling patient visits, tests and surgical procedures. May greet patients, answer and triage telephone calls. Perform various clerical and administrative functions as needed. May cover different offices as needed or directed.
May mentor Patient Access Representatives SPG or Patient Access Assistants SPG. May assign work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Equal to the completion of 4 years of high school is required.
- Good computer and typing skills are required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment is required.
- Three years of office experience are required.
- One year medical office practice experience or post secondary course work is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Pay Range: USD $17.05 - USD $28.28 /Hr.
