Remote Inside Sales Representative

Act as first point-of-contact for all of our inbound leads, prospect for new accounts/leads, push opportunities towards 'closed-won'
- Manage 'Small Business Accounts'
- Engage with accounts via email, phone, and video calls
- Work with Customer Service or use portal to place orders for Small Business Accounts
- Grow Small Business Accounts by increasing order size and number of active accounts
- Graduate accounts to outside reps as determined by qualifying event (account complexity, inventory programs, etc.)
- Achieve individual performance metrics

- Use existing technology to research accounts, create new records, report on account activities, etc. Lead the sales team usage of technology and provide guidance/ feedback to marketing, technology, sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign development and optimization
- Utilize internal and external training resources to grow as an expert in the field. Research and participate in trade shows, industry training, and shadowing the sales process. Pursue industry knowledge and demonstrate expertise in the field
- Share best practices and recommendations to improve performance and overall sales effectiveness
