E-Commerce Specialist - Robert Half

We are seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist with a background working with Big Box retailers. The right candidate is someone who can expertly leverage our eCommerce platforms including Shopify to maximize the online presence and profitability of our big box retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day eCommerce operations for our big box retail partners ensuring all online activity is aligned with their overall business goals.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize online sales and marketability of products for big box retailers.
3. Work in close association with product and marketing teams to ensure seamless and coherent online merchandising strategies.
4. Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and boost product visibility.
5. Use web analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Drive on-site improvements and site enhancements to optimize customer experience and conversion rates.
7. Handle functional aspects of eCommerce business including catalogue management, product uploads, product descriptions and pricing strategies.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead in our online domains.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
2. Proven work experience in an eCommerce role, preferably with big box retailers.
3. Strong proficiency in Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
4. Extensive knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and e-marketing.
5. Exceptional understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
6. Excellent project management, multi-tasking, decision-making skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
