Executive Assistant
We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position involves assisting with both business and personal duties.

The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's calendar, prepare reports, and facilitate effective communication across departments. Additionally, the candidate must be available to be on-call after hours and on weekends to address any emergencies or urgent matters that may arise, demonstrating a commitment to supporting the CEO and the organization's goals.
We need someone who is technologically savvy, possesses strong computer skills, and can adapt to various software. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
Work directly with the CEO to manage daily activities and scheduling.Responsible for keeping the CEO running smoothly and functioning optimally.
Task, Time, and Calendar Management of the CEO and the Business ActivitiesTremendous FOLLOW-UP SKILLS and ATTENTION TO DETAIL on everything you touch.
Read and prioritize all incoming communication, ensuring deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed.
Responsive and Incredible Researcher of Information - FASTExtremely Well-written Individual
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
Attention to detail is critical. Must be able to identify issues and address them appropriately.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and software (e.g., DocuSign)
Assist with phone systems and handle incoming calls
24/7 Mindset- Always available, maintain a 24/7 mindset, and be consistently available without reservation. They should be prepared to field calls from the CEO and conduct errands outside regular hours, as needed.
Preference: 5+ years of experience in administrative assistance at the executive level
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsManage office supplies and equipment inventory
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in email management and internet research
Focused and dedicated to achieving results
Knowledge of account receivables and account payables
Comfortable in a high-paced environment
Education and Certification Requirements: Experience as an Executive Assistant, 5+ years (required)
Bachelors Degree (required)
