**Job Summary:**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), including both the top 10 metrics and additional relevant indicators. You will take on the role of project lead for various cross-functional projects, driving initiatives that span multiple departments and ensuring seamless collaboration.Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting lead time reduction efforts, enhancing efficiency across processes. Additionally, you will actively contribute as a team member on the Sales/Materials Project Improvement Team, working to optimize project outcomes.
You will play a crucial role in the creation and support of business cases, providing the necessary analysis and documentation to justify project investments. As the lead for cost reduction projects, you will identify opportunities to reduce expenses and implement strategies to achieve cost savings.
Your ability to lead without formal authority will be essential, as you will guide and influence team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and drive organizational success.
**In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Lead multiple cross-functional projects, potentially comprising a program, from inception to completion.
+ Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives.
+ Work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
+ Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines.
+ Collaborate with business and functional leaders to define and achieve tangible and measurable business outcomes in large programs.
+ Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with team members.
+ Monitor and communicate project status to the project team and stakeholders.
+ Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into project plans and timelines.
+ Manage project risks using quality tools to identify areas of risk and develop alternatives or solutions.
+ Apply motivational techniques to address broad-based organizational change issues.
+ Leverage cross-functional resources and external resources to enhance project success.
+ Document and share team learnings with other teams, drawing on experiences to improve project outcomes.
+ Ensure project documentation is complete and communicate status to Project Sponsors and other stakeholders.
+ Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish project tasks.
+ Guide and coach team members through various stages of the project, providing developmental feedback.
+ Coach other Project Managers in managing teams.

**Project Schedule Management:** Proficient in managing project schedules using recommended tools and processes. Ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timeline by monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
**Project Scope Management:** Experienced in managing project deliverables (scope) using recommended project management tools and processes. Ensures that the project includes all required work and only the work required to complete the project successfully, preventing scope creep.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
