Foreclosure litigation attorney
The Foreclosure Litigation Attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing foreclosure related pleadings, in addition to attending foreclosure settlement conferences for the Firm. Position requires (a) 3+ years of foreclosure litigation/real estate litigation/mortgage litigation experience; (b) an active license to practice in NY.
salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Prepare and Review Foreclosure Related Motions such as Summons and Complaints, Orders of Reference, Motions for Summary Judgment and Judgments of Foreclosure and Sale
- Attend Hearing and Mediation Appearances
- Prepare Analysis of cases and advise Clients regarding legal strategies
- Draft Court Pleadings, Status Letters, Denial Letters and Written Requests
- Must collaborate with Supervising Foreclosure Attorney, Business Unit and Per Diem Appearance Counsel
- Provide Legal Directives for Clients on the behalf of the Firm
- Directly Manage Escalated Cases including the management of Client Systems
