SAP Analyst

You will work closely with stakeholders and the Application Management team, implementing requirements and providing project leadership.

• Coordinate and document business requirements, defining scope and objectives.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify functional needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Implement requirements through Application Management or as part of a project.
• Support and guide the Application Management team in their tasks.
• Conduct system analysis and provide technology project leadership for the organization.
• Coordinate operational procedures related to information systems and system management.
• Employ modern sets of software and applications on a global scale.
• Regularly update and improve software and application landscape to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Lead projects ranging from small change requests to large ERP implementation projects.
• Monitor global performance of IT services, taking proactive and/or reactive steps to restore or improve service performance.
• Maintain solutions and act as a team member in the IT support team.
• Assist external service partners with incident resolution, providing needed functional information about business processes and process integration criticalities.
• Propose actions and solutions to improve IT support through automation, simplification, training or similar.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, prioritizing business goals and information needs.
• Recommend processes, efficiency and practices for improvement.
• Communicate changes and provide training to impacted key users.
• Use tools and methodologies to track and report against budget and plan, ensuring project controls are in place.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Work within a complex matrix organization on an international level. • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting and Cloud Technologies is essential
• Experience with CRM and Database management is required
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and AB Testing is a plus
• Capable of API Development and understanding Business Process Functions
• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents
• Knowledge of Configuration Management is necessary
• SAP certification or relevant experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required
