We are looking for an HR Coordinator to help with all activities related to HR which include recruitment, onboarding, staff training, performance evaluations, etc. This role will assist in making our company a better place to work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Execute our recruiting process: creating job descriptions, screening candidates, organizing interviews.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Implement effective onboarding plans.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources or related field.
- Experience with HRMS and recruiting software.
- Able to work comfortably under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
