Type of Work:
Supervise and document professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process for patients in accordance with the NC nurse practice act, physician orders and established policies and procedures
Work with families to educate them on best care for the patient
Provide patient care in the home
Requirements:
RN License or LPN
Home Health Experience
Willing to travel 200-250 miles a week within a defined territory
