As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations, providing customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication by answering inbound calls and responding to email correspondence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
  • Accurately enter and update customer data in our databases
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Assist in the reception area, providing a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and staff
  • Maintain and organize office documents and records for easy retrieval
  • Assist in various administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Bilingual in Korean
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with data entry tasks
  • Capable of managing email correspondence efficiently
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively
  • Familiarity with answering inbound calls
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
