Responsibilities- Assist with financial (AP) and office administration
- Prepare reports and correspondence, maintain Outlook calendar
- Assist with audit preparation
- Coordinate timelines to meet deadlines
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Open, sort, and distribute mail daily
- QuickBooks (1 year of experience is required)
- Accounts Payable
- Disbursements/Check Runs
