This position is 1-2 months, looking to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately and efficiently
- Review documents in detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage and maintain legal files in compliance with industry standards
- Conduct detailed reviews of department records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 1+ YOE reviewing department records, including legal files and physical files.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing files.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
