Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods.
  • Programming new, custom projects (in MasterCAM).
  • Assisting in the design and improvement of production facilities.
  • Implementing lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinating with design engineering and other departments to resolve manufacturing problems.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of all manufacturing processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry safety and production standards.
  • Providing training and guidance to manufacturing staff as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
