Customer Care Specialist - Macedonia Ohio (Must TRAIN at our MACEDONIA, OH HQ)

$18 HOURLY with BONUSES !!!

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

• Speaking with Customers about scheduling free design consultations with one of our designers
• Guiding customers to understand the value of having a design consultant come to their home.
• You will be our brand ambassadors as the customers’ first point of contact.
• Assisting with showing the value of our brand and helping teach the customer about our company and overcoming objections and problem solving.

Qualifications:

What you need to have to do this job:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving and listening skills.
• High speed Internet in your home and organizational and computer skills
• We provide the equipment.
• Full time role (Daytime, Evenings & Weekends Hiring Immediately)
• Self-starter who prides themselves on being reliable with their work product and attendance
• Ability to come to the office for training.
• A team player attitude who values their colleagues and our customers

• The training is in person for 2-3 weeks in our Macedonia, Ohio office.

• Must have ability to speak with customers without any major background noise or distractions while on the phone
• Must be willing and able to TRAIN & work at our MACEDONIA, OH Corporate office when deemed necessary
