HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This person will run the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy.
2. Conduct recruitment effort for all employees, interns and temporary workers; conduct new-employee orientations.
3. Administer compensation and benefit plans.
4. Handle employment-related inquiries, lead investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
5. Maintain compliance with local, state and federal laws regarding all personnel matters.
6. Develop and provide ongoing HR training to all management personnel.
7. A proven track record of experience as an HR Generalist.
8. Extensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
9. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
10. Excellent communication and people skills.
11. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
