Devise metrics and collection methods, such as surveys and questionnaires, to gather market data for the company's primary business areas, including data on the company itself and the industry in which it operates;
Conduct comprehensive management control of budget planning and optimize marketing reach for both online social media and traditional marketing media;
Develop key metrics to measure the effectiveness of various marketing plans based on factors such as cost, revenue, referral level, and client conversion rate;
Gather, monitor and analyze information on other players in the market or related industries, including but not limited to competitors marketing plans, products, operations and pricings;
Evaluate the efficiency of different marketing approaches, monitor various marketing research assignments, prepare monthly reports, and present results and updates;

Update the company's marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, brochures, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration;Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Extensive knowledge of web applications and social media platforms for digital marketing.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written);Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
