The Worlds Largest Search Engine is Seeking a Operations Program Manager in Mountainview!
Estimated Duration: 6 months
Work Location: Hybrid - Mountain View, CA (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule to support business needs (PST) Monday - Friday including some late evening meetings with day time breaks, no over time is needed
Pay Rate: $ 58.12- $73.26 per Hr
Project Overview:
- Support P24 US pixel program sustaining activities including PRQ management
- Help with P25 US pixel program PRQ management, MP factory issue and quality issue management
- Factory and quality issue management, work with program DRI to alert urgent issues and drive for disposition from ops standpoint
Overall Responsibilities:
OPM over all responsibilities includes below:
- PRQ (Post Ramp Qualification) schedule - this TVC will own the PRQ planning and approvals, coordination of PRQ builds, and follow up with execution plans, collaborating with xfn engineering team, factory operations team, MPM, SDE, GSM teams etc.
- Quality issue - this TVC will function as key contact to coordinate quality issues over all when cross functional teams engagement is needed, including quality team, supply demand planning for both commercial and service demand, finance team, etc.
- Factory management - this TVC will be responsible for various areas of factory management including but not limited to yield rate, efficiency, stock turnover, ex-factory shipment planning
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and report factory related issues when necessary - for example, factory line-down issues from quality alert, unexpected interruption of labor, and engage management for escalations if necessary
- Work with xfn Eng team to understand PRQ qualification requirements, testing plans and LT, gather team managers’ PRQ approvals, and ensure the tracking of the PRQ execution and testing progress
- Update and report product quality issue, including but not limited to field issues or factory quality issues, and coordinate with PD, engineering, GSM, SDE to support customer satisfaction
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: 4 year college degree is required
- Program management skills:
- Manage processes and identify improvement opportunities, drive projects to completion, to achieve targeted measurable benefits.
- Deadline-oriented to ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time.
- Strong time-management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills to keep the team on track.
- Evaluate risks to target attainment, plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvement.
- Analytical skills:
- Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes.
- Skills and tools:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 years plus advanced user excel / Google sheet
- Self-driven and flexible to take up ad hoc duties be instructed from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of this job position and work capabilities
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Factory and or CM / JDM management knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of consumer electronics manufacturing processes
- NPI and or sustaining product management knowledge and experience
- Additional language efficiency including mandarin, Vietnamese
Pay Details: $58.12 to $73.26 per hour
