Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:
• Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to shipment confirmation.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Customer Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and service issues.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales Team Support:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating sales meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for clients.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
• Assist in forecasting and managing inventory to meet customer demand.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, production, and finance teams to facilitate smooth operations and support sales initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
