Voice Up is dedicated to empowering college students, particularly student-athletes, to become advocates for meaningful social change. Our platform enables student-athletes to raise awareness about social causes that matter to them, creating a bridge between sports and social impact.
Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated students for our remote Sports and Behavioral Health Internship program. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of leadership development, athletics, mental health, and social advocacy while gaining valuable professional experience in a flexible, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing content focused on sports psychology and athlete mental health
- Research and analyze current trends in behavioral health within athletics
- Support the creation of awareness campaigns for student-athlete social causes
- Collaborate with student-athletes to help them articulate and promote their social initiatives
- Contribute to social media strategy and content creation
- Participate in virtual team meetings and project planning sessions
- Help coordinate outreach efforts to colleges and universities
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Background or strong interest in sports, psychology, behavioral health, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with social media platforms and basic digital tools
- Interest in social advocacy and community engagement
- 100% remote work environment with flexible scheduling
- Opportunity to earn academic credit (coordinate with your academic advisor)
- Professional letter of recommendation from the founder upon successful completion
- Hands-on experience in sports advocacy and behavioral health
