Staff Accountant

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a diligent Staff Accountant in Miramar, Florida, United States. As a Staff Accountant, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to financial reporting, reconciliation, and sales analysis.
You will also be responsible for managing incentive and commission programs, as well as processing payments.
Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Manage and maintain precise records of customer credit
- Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of General Ledger Accounts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis
- Compile and distribute financial statements and other financial reports
- Analyze monthly General Ledger expenses and identify fluctuations
- Prepare and review reconciliations of gross profit general ledger postings
- Monitor and track all incentive program payments/submissions to avoid duplication
- Manage the processing of incentives for payout and submission to payroll
- Handle the analysis and tracking of all incentive and sales commission programs
- Prepare monthly reports for distribution and perform ad hoc financial reporting as needed. • Proficiency in Sales and Payment Processing
- Ability to handle Reporting tasks and Expense Reporting
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel
- Experience in providing Training to team members
- Familiarity with Payroll processes and Budget Processes
- Capability to manage Cash Activity and perform Bank Deposit tasks
- Skilled in performing Review and Reconciliations
- Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
- Knowledge of General Ledger and Financial Statement preparation
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Journal Entries
- Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
- Ability to liaise with Suppliers effectively
- Knowledge of Video software for communication
- Experience in Closing financial periods
- Proficiency in using SAP R/3 software
- Familiarity with Submission processes and Commision Functions
- Ability to work Onsite as needed.
