Inventory Control Manager
Overview:
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for controlling, managing, and monitoring product inventory across all warehouses within the company to support the ePlus mission and provide the best possible experience for our customers. The Inventory Control Manager supervises a team which are local and remote, and works closely with other Operations teams, Sales leadership, and other departments to ensure the accurate reporting and safeguarding of assets.ePlus prides itself in its customer-intimate approach. This role directly influences that quality of the customer experience.

YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include:
- Ensuring the integrity of inventory balances by reconciling transactions with the company's systems
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies and problems, such as returned, aged, lost or damaged inventory
- Developing and implementing inventory tracking processes to optimize inventory control tasks
- Ensuring accuracy throughout the entire inventory lifecycle, including kitting, bundling, and receipt to shipping
- Creating and enforcing policies and procedures to improve inventory control and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety requirements, and ISO9001 requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated manager with strong analytical skills, organization, adaptability and a growth mindset to help drive the transformation and innovation of our warehouse operations.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience with Inventory Control
- Experience managing $150M of inventory
- Prior people management experience
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible to customer needs
- Ability to lead the organization through changes with a positive attitude – a team player with a “can do” attitude
- Expertise using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention-to-detail
