Certified Financial Planner

We are seeking a Certified Financial Planner in Oradell, New Jersey. The role entails providing financial planning services within a CPA firm. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and capital management.

• Utilize various accounting software systems for processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and manage customer credit records using CRM tools
• Perform various accounting functions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Participate in the annual budget process, contributing to the development and implementation of budget strategies
• Oversee and manage capital, ensuring its effective allocation and utilization
• Collaborate with various business units, providing financial planning and management support
• Implement and use Adaptive Insights for business planning
• Utilize EPM systems for enterprise performance management
• Leverage your knowledge of 3M processes and products to enhance financial planning and management
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting functions. • Must be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• Proficiency in 3M and other accounting software systems
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, CRM, and EPM
• Ability to handle accounting functions and annual budget processes
• Experience with budget processes and business unit management
• Knowledge of capital management practices
• Ability to work within a CPA firm environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
