Bookkeeper
A busy company in the Flanders area is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal Bookkeeper will have prior experience in the real estate industry and have proficiency Yardi (not required). Other responsibilities of this Bookkeeper will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and review financial report packages
- Conduct detailed bank reconciliations
- Maintain up-to-date and precise client ledgers
- Assist in the analysis of general ledgers and recommend monthly accruals, prepaid expenses, and/or potential reclassifications
- Aid in the preparation and follow-up of monthly variances
- Regularly report to financial institutions as required
- Collaborate closely with Property Managers during the monthly/yearly closing process
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Utilize Yardi Voyager and Yardi Software for various bookkeeping tasks
- Take part in the Month End Close process.
This Bookkeeper position is paying between $65,000 and $75,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Bookkeeper role apply today!
Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field a plus
Familiarity with Property Management preferred but not required
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Yardi Voyager a plus but not required
