Responsibilities

Other duties may be
assigned.
Service and maintain machine tools, hand and power tools and machine attachments.
Perform routine facility maintenance.
Perform routine preventative maintenance per OEM instructions.
Assist in analyzing and resolving facility problems including HVAC, Air Compressors and roof

issues.

Assist in monitoring compliance with monthly and daily maintenance schedules and checks and
assume that repairs are performed as required.
Assist in maintaining records.
Participate in safety activities.

Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes
standing for 8 hours at one time
