Customer Service Representative

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Answer inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Enter customer data accurately into the system
• Manage and update customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions
• Ensure all customer service tasks are executed in line with industry standards
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Conduct insurance verifications when required
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues.
• Experience with data entry and order entry tasks, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively via email correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with insurance verifications, particularly medical insurance verification.
• Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
• Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic.
