Web Analytics Specialist

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Web Analytics Specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the process of capturing, analyzing, and reporting on website, app, and user data.
- Support product development and marketing/promotional efforts with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the analytics department to create and maintain self-service reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
- Work with different departments and vendors to assess tracking needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistency issues.
- Ensure data collection best practices by working with the Engineering and Product teams to develop and implement ideal tracking strategies.
- Support digital reporting needs by accessing the database directly or through the relevant platform.
- Utilize SQL, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Atlassian Jira, Bing, Cloud Technologies, and other tools to perform tasks and analyze data.
- Use your skills in AB Testing, Analytics, Business Requirement Document, Campaign Planning, Creating Dashboards, and other relevant skills to perform your duties.
- Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, Content Management System (CMS), KPI Reporting, Programmatic advertising, Programmatic campaigns, and Tableau as necessary.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud is a must.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira is required.
- Familiarity with Bing and other search engines is necessary.
- Expertise in Cloud Technologies is expected.
- Proven experience in AB Testing and Analytics.
- Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
- Experience in Campaign Planning is essential.
- Skills to Create Dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is required.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data management and analytics.
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is necessary.
- Proven track record in KPI Reporting.
- Knowledge of Programmatic advertising and Programmatic campaigns is important.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence.
