Description:
Markon is seeking an experienced Agile Techncial Project Manager to support an Intelligence Customer
Responsibilities:
The Agile SI – Senior Technical Project Manager:
- Translate mission needs and business requirements into system, application, or process designs.
- Serve as an interface to external development teams to communicate requirements, and also review schedules and deliverables.
- Monitor projects to ensure work scope and schedule are met and also communicated with stakeholders.
- Track actions from meetings, develop process flows, roadmaps, and facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews (hardware and software) to ensure solution will satisfy business and technical requirements.
- Develop programmatic control gate documentation and present at management and technical review boards.
- Prepare briefings for Sponsor and stakeholders.
- Provide highlights and written documentation of team accomplishments and concerns.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance required.
- BA/BS and 12+ years of experience; Masters and 10+ years of experience; an additional four years of work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and working action items to completion.
- Demonstrated experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
- Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and/or activities.
- Understanding of project control gate processes.
- Experience with agile development models/processes.
- Ability to work independently and across large teams.
- Experience with Desktop OS's e.g. Windows, Linux, MacOS
- Strong ability to manage relationships with Stakeholders
Salary Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
