Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position is essential to ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and timely.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
As a warehouse associate you will perform a variety of operations including but not limited to:
- Responsible to assemble components of; correctly, efficiently with consistent quality work and following standardized work and quality standards.
- Responsible to perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.
- Responsible to distinguish and correct, as needed, the quality of a welded, milled, pressed, or assembling process.
- Responsible to learn and train in other areas of The Client.
- Responsible to pack parts into various containers as specified by a standard.
- Responsible to adhere to and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing standards.
- Responsible to preform additional duties not specifically outlined in this position description but as directed by the supervisor for the benefit of the company.

To perform this position as a warehouse associate successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Mathematical Skills Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
