Global Manufacturing Business with over 100 plants in the US is looking for a leader based in NJ.

Job Description

Oversee the implementation and development of a robust controlling systems
Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting requirements are met in compliance
Analyze deviations, provide insights, and initiate corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and coordinate the preparation of budget and forecast processes, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Regularly visit plants and subsidiaries within the region to enhance understanding of local operations and their financial performance.
Analyze and optimize cost structures, operating margins, and overall economic efficiency to drive profitability and operational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

US GAAP and IFRS
Manufacturing experience
Management experience (team of over 3 people)
CPA- Good to have
