Robert Half is seeking a Contract Data Analyst to join our client's team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  2. Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Data Validation: Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, validation, and quality checks.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide insights that support strategic goals.
  5. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, forecasts, and simulations to support business planning and operations.
  6. Trend Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility of results.
  8. Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support as needed to assist in decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
