Interventional TechSign-on Bonus $$$ Available!!!Position Summary/Purpose: The Interventional Technologist assists physicians in performing minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and procedural efficiency.

They operate specialized imaging equipment, prepare and maintain sterile environments, and provide critical technical support during interventional radiology procedures. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the very best imaging services, which include ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.Qualifications:Required Education:Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist ProgramRequired Certification / Licensure:Current Basic Life Support certificationCurrent American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certificationTexas Medical Board State licenseWork Experience:1 year of experience is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan.Paid time off and holidays.Continuing education and professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.Observe the patient during the procedure and report abnormal activity.
