Operations Assistant
Randstad is working with a growing, high
- tech organization in the property management/real estate space to support their operations team.
This person will play an integral role in guest experience, while also manage key logistics surrounding unit turnover and timely issue resolution.
This role requires a rotating weekend shift and travelling to properties.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving and process improvement skills, experience in maintenance, logistics, and/or property management, and a can-do attitude with desire to join a hard-working team.

Qualifications:- Experience (2+ years) in hospitality management, maintenance management, and/or logistics
- High level thinking and proven affinity for process improvement
- Excellent technical skills
- advanced in MS Office Suite and Excel

Responsibilities- Support a team within the operations space in the maintenance, upkeep, turnover, and distribution of properties
- Ensure a positive guest experience and high client satisfaction
- Assist in projects to support the guest experience, including but not limited to unit inspections, walthroughs, lockbox management, keycard/code management, and marketing
- Assist in the furnishing, finishing, and maintenance of units when needed
- Liaise with guests when needed to resolve any immediate or pressing issues
