Customer Service
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturer in Bow, NH who is looking for a Office Customer Service Representative on 1st shift. This is a temporary position.
Pay:
- 1st Shift- $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Job Details:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information
- Manage and direct customer requests to appropriate departments
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Process orders and resolve customer issues or concerns
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide administrative support as needed to other departments
Qualifications:
- Basic skills with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with INFOR (preferred but not necessary)
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
