Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Accounting Analyst in Santa Ana, CA!
Pay rate: $32.14/hrShift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
- Accurately setup asset profiles in trust accounting/reporting system
- Maintain and update trust reporting database, reconcile to other applications
- Daily cash receipting, wiring, and investing of funds
- Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity
- Communicate with Operations Group to manage bond and loan settlements
- Review and reconciliation of overdrawn accounts
- Respond to bondholder inquiries
- Data entry
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience requirements:
- 1+ years of trust accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel abilities and competent with other MS Office products
- Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
- General understanding of structured credit products
Pay Details: $32.14 per hour
