Senior Accountant/ Financial Accounting Analyst

Corporate office opportunity Senior Accountant/ Financial Accounting Analyst in Lombard, Illinois.

This company has medical dental, 401k , vacation and holiday pay.

Midsize organization; you are working for the corporate holding company. You are doing all the funding for the 4 business units and intercompany eliminations experience. This person needs to understand GAAP.

You will be responsible for Intercompany reconciliations for the consolidations

manage chargebacks for shared services and corporate office functions

accurate reporting of sales for intercompany transactions

handle all banking such as payroll funding, business unit funding for ap disbursements

Wire set ups an transactions, cash flow and lock box balances as well as reconciliations of bank accounts.

Prepare and reconcile all corporate level account reconciliations

Manage corporate accounts payable

Handles reconciliations and allocations of corporate office accounts

Bachelor degree in Accounting a must ( not finance )

5 to 15 plus years Intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and settlement at Corporate office

Excel v look ups and pivot tables

Prefer manufacturing but open on industry.
