Job Description
  • Travel regularly to active job sites to conduct inspections, enforce quality control procedures, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Review and implement QA/QC plans across multifamily and commercial construction projects.
  • Lead and manage preconstruction meetings to align expectations and address quality-related concerns.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and checklists to track quality performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues proactively.
  • Stay current with building codes, safety regulations, and industry trends to ensure projects remain compliant.

The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on multifamily and commercial projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across project locations, including overnight stays as needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30, preferred but not required.
