We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator based in Clifton Park, New York. The role involves a range of HR functions, primarily handling employee communications, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations within our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication with employees, including handling call-ins and updating necessary personnel.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from pulling resumes from job sites to scheduling interviews with directors.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including sending out necessary paperwork, ensuring its timely completion, and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Track new hires' progress in training and arrange necessary meetings with directors.
  • Administer employee benefits, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, Disability, and Paid Family Leave.
  • Assist with various HR projects as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
  • Process and manage customer credit applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for open positions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure smooth operations within the department.
  • Handle any other related duties assigned to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Proficiency in Onboarding processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, but associates degree or experience may subsitute
