Senior Fund Accounting Manager - Private Equity

Our client is a multi-asset fund manager that handles private equity and other investments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Participating in financial activities for both investment funds and the management company
- Engaging in analytical projects such as valuations, public comparable analyses, and liquidation waterfalls
- Overseeing the collection of data from portfolio companies
- Collaborating with limited partners (LPs) and supporting the investor relations team
- Contributing to the automation of various processes
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (or equivalent) preferred
- Required: 4-6+ years of in-house fund accounting experience at venture capital/private equity/private credit firm, or professional experience in audit group at a public accounting firm or fund admin services firm.
