Accounts Payable Clerk - Robert Half

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the hospitality industry based in Charlottesville, Virginia. This role is an integral part of our team and is more focused on research and analysis than data entry.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis related to accounts payable
• Use Microsoft Great Plains Accounting and Great Plains (GPAC) to manage accounts payable tasks
• Upload invoices accurately and maintain up-to-date records
• Manage routing in Concur, an expense management system
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer research for various tasks
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains Accounting software is a must.
• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) is essential for this role.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are needed.
• Ability to conduct Computer Research effectively is a requirement.
