Moreover, you will review inventory transactions, AR/AP postings, and intercompany account balances to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process monthly journal entries such as deferrals, accruals, payroll related JE’s, and cash.
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy, making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, including prepayments, accruals, payroll liabilities, and IC accounts.
• Update weekly cash positions of assigned locations.
• Carry out monthly bank statement reconciliations.
• Calculate commissions and incentives for certain entities.
• Ensure accurate posting by reconciling intercompany account balances and liaising between agencies.
• Review inventory related transactions to verify accuracy in timing and values.
• Assist supervisors by reviewing AR/AP postings for accuracy and providing training and values.
• Prepare analyses and reconciliations for 401k audits and annual financial statement audits.
• Participate in various finance projects and initiatives as required.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as requested. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with General Ledger management
• Capability to prepare and maintain Journal Entries
• Demonstrated experience in Month End Close processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct accounting software
