We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Associate for our office in New York where you will be based.

What you will be doing

As a Business Development Associate based in New York, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the U.S. market. Working closely with the Regional Vice President, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and assisting in client calls, taking notes, conducting customer research, and following up with clients.
  • Supporting proposal creation, including timeline updates, drafting reports, and occasional translation tasks (if applicable).
  • Managing proposal pricing and contract documentation, including playbooks, purchase orders, and other necessary files.
  • Handling deposit invoicing—creation, issuing, and follow-ups.
  • Conducting market research through desk research and field observations.
  • Prospecting potential clients, organizing data, and managing manual data-related tasks.
  • Managing pilot projects from initiation to completion.
  • Maintaining and organizing internal files, including CRM systems, business development trackers, and forecasting tools.
  • Representing CXG at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand brand awareness and build relationships.

Requirements

What you will bring along

We seek a dynamic professional who is passionate about the luxury industry and client services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, client management, or consultancy roles.
  • Fluent English proficiency: knowledge of additional languages (such as Spanish) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working in the luxury sector is an advantage.
