Licensed Practical Nurse - Stillwater Center

• Provides direct care to residents
• Sets up and administers medications by various routs including oral, rectal and G-tube, NG-tube, eye, ear, nose, and respiratory tract
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including application and changing of sterile dressings, trach care, tube feedings, administering oxygen, catheterization, aerosol treatments, chest percussion therapy, postural drainage, and collection of specimens for laboratory testing
• Counts narcotics, orders supplies, and cleans and replaces equipment
• Maintains records and prepares reports
• Participates in staff conferences, nurses meeting and in-service training programs
• Assists habilitation providers as needed

• State of Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse Certification
• First Aid and CPR-BLS Certification
