We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Local Government industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will provide technical support across multiple locations, working with a variety of technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support across multiple locations in Fulton Co.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft environment, Active Directory, MacOS, and other systems.
• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Database, and Dell Technologies to deliver effective IT support.
• Maintain and manage user accounts on Active Directory and Apple Devices.
• Implement backup technologies and configuration management to ensure data safety and system stability.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, demonstrating a broad understanding of networking and system management.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Experience with Computer Hardware, including assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Database management and operations, with the ability to provide support and resolve related issues.
• Expertise in Dell Technologies, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Apple Devices, including Macs, iPads, and iPhones.
• Experience with Backup Technologies, demonstrating the ability to ensure data safety and recovery.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management, including the ability to maintain and track system configurations.
