Vendor Coordinator

Randstad is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Vendor Coordinator to join a leading logistics and transportation company in Collierville, TN.
In this role, you will manage customer orders, track deliveries, coordinate with vendors, and provide top-tier customer support. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient freight movement, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any service-related issues.If you have experience in customer service, logistics, vendor coordination, or dispatching, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
salary: $22 - $24 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Enter and manage customer orders in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Track and update ETA, ATA, scheduling, and delivery confirmations in company software (SixWheel, ADP, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth freight movement.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry to support operations.
- Communicate intercompany charges (ICBs) and escalate disputes as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or vendor coordination (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in transportation, freight, dispatching, or intermodal logistics is a plus.
