Job Description- Provide administrative support to the HR department, preparing documents and managing correspondences
- Support HR team with onboarding, background checks and references
- Assist with reports for audits and compliance reviews
- Support employee relations activities
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives

The Successful Applicant- Experience with HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Workday, Taleo, Kronos, or similar platforms
- Strong data collection and analysis skills

- Ability to Commute the Financial District of Manhattan
