Receptionist

The schedule is from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the right personnel within the organization
• Efficiently manage the reception area, welcoming clients and customers, ensuring a positive first impression
• Oversee the scheduling of the conference room, ensuring it is utilized effectively and efficiently
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed, ensuring smooth logistics for team members
• Maintain an organized calendar system, assisting in schedule management for various team members
• Carry out general receptionist duties, including e-Filing and message taking
• Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and functional.
• Possession of skills related to Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries and appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Ability to Direct Phone Calls efficiently, including transferring calls, taking messages, and managing voicemail systems.
• Proficiency in e-Filing tasks, including organizing and storing documents digitally, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to company policies.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
