Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, to ensure components meet exact specifications.Set up and operate CNC machines, including tooling selection, work offsets, and fixture setups.
Machine and process various materials (copper, steel, aluminum, cobalt) while maintaining high-tolerance requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to produce motor components with exceptional accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
Perform detailed quality inspections to verify component accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce waste, and optimize performance.
Maintain a safe, organized workspace and comply with all company safety standards.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Mill & Lathe Operator in a precision machining environment.
strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings.Proficiency in CNC machine setup, tooling selection, and machining various materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
