If you have 3 to 5 years of experience and a passion for developing your skills, we want to hear from you. Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
- strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Assist in managing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update the Superintendent and project team on site progress, potential delays, and necessary adjustments.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
