Job Description
  • Develop strategies to optimize sales process and efficiency.
  • Implement outbound sales strategy and achieve new business development
  • Help define sales and marketing goals and metrics.
  • Take over an independent sales representative group. Build and lead a team if applicable based on new sales strategy and continue to serve in a player coach capacity
  • Build out North American sales team
  • Cultivate and build outstanding customer first relationships and maintain current relationships
  • Collaborate with engineering on custom projects

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering, mathematics or related field desired. Business is acceptable with relevant career experience
  • 10 years in a technical sales capacity.
  • Experience in technical components, valves, and valve parts is required.
  • Experience selling high value custom manufactured solutions a big plus.
  • Experience strategizing, building or leading a sales team desired.
  • Ability to optimize inbound sales strategy and build outbound sales strategy.
  • Ability to set realistic sales goals and metrics.
  • Ability to work with, manage and help implement Salesforce system.
