Business Analyst Intermediate

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst Intermediate in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. This role involves a blend of technical and business acumen, requiring a deep understanding of the business systems, their design and implementation, and the ability to capture and respond to business requirements.

• Liaising between the business user groups and the technical systems groups to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinating the analysis and design of business systems to improve efficiency.
• Capturing business requirements from clients and other system groups.
• Executing system tests and analyzing results to inform system improvements.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from both a business and technical perspective.
• Overseeing the implementation of business systems based on business requirements.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Working closely with clients to resolve their inquiries and issues. • Must possess strong skills in Design and Implementation of business strategies.
• Proven capability to act as a Liaison between different business units and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to Execute business plans effectively.
• Experience in creating comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
• Ability to Capture and analyze business data efficiently.
• Competency in conducting AB Testing for business processes.
• Familiarity with various Business Systems and their applications.
• Must be able to understand and navigate complex business environments.
